大埔宏福苑不是一般的私人物業，屬居屋屋苑，是政府以低於巿價並扣除地價後出售的公共房屋。屋苑在1983年入伙，主要屬兩房單位，實用面積最小430呎。當中有451個單位已補地價（香港居屋以優惠地價降低成本，但在具備完全上市交易資格前需要補回地價差異），即有近八成單位尚未補價，代表不能自由轉讓業權。根據金融管理局向銀行收集的數據，宏福苑的住宅按揭約有300宗，未償還貸款金額約5.4億（港元，下同）。

That network will have a new name (it’ll often be your default network’s name with an EXT appended at the end, unless you change it) and that means you’ll have to connect to different networks when in different parts of your home.
